Just like ole Sleepy Joe this cuts like it low and slow, the big difference is our meat actually packs a huge burst of Flavor and Nutrients probably what Joe lacks in his diet leading to his mental decline. We packed this box with some great favorites to be done on the smoker, in the oven, or braised in the cast Iron. The Brisket, Bront or Plate Ribs, Short Ribs, Osso Bucco, Chuck Roast, and some Stew Beef. These cuts love the low and slow approach but will more than satisfy your needs for flavor and tenderness. As always these are dry aged cuts from our Hormone and Antibiotic Free pasture raised beef.
